Product Set Up Coordinator

Your new role As a member of the Product Set Up team, your new role involves ensuring that all DFS products are correctly configured, collaborating closely with the Buying team to align product launches with campaign dates, and managing showroom and purchase orders according to critical path deadlines. You will be am responsible for creating and maintaining cost sheets, ensuring accurate range data in our systems, and serving as a key contact for suppliers to meet product setup requirements. Additionally, you will support the wider commercial team when assistance is needed. What you'll be doing
- Working within the Product Set Up team to ensure all DFS products are set up correctly
- Working closely with the Buying team to ensure that all products land in line with the campaign dates
- Raise showroom and purchase orders in line with the critical path deadline
- Create and maintain cost sheets
- Ensure our systems are showing all range data correctly
- Be a key contact for suppliers to ensure product setup requirements are met
- Support the wider commercial team when help is needed
- Shared responsibility, working closely with the Assistant Buyers creating the retail engagement packs for each promotional campaign.
- Organising and coordinating customer and store swatch (fabric) books, ensuring customers can order samples via the website correctly and liaising with our supplier to ensure books are sent to the stores for the new promotional ranges
