Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Sales Co-ordinator to join our team at Endeavour Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless sales operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a strong attention to detail. You will work closely with the production and RND department to coordinate despatch times, prepare paperwork, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders, including receiving paint orders via fax, email, or phone, and entering details onto Sage Line 50.
  • Prepare pro-forma invoices, take payment from cash customers, and agree delivery services with customers.
  • Liaise with production and RND departments on despatch times, dispatch orders, and raise invoices.
  • File customer invoices and purchase orders, enter consignments, and produce paperwork for shipments outside the UK.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing AVKO customers, check courier manifests daily, and liaise with couriers on collections and deliveries.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Sage Line 50 and other administrative software.
