Job Title: Sales and Accounts Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organized Sales and Accounts Manager to join our team at Endeavour Recruitment Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales and accounts operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the receipt of paint orders from customers, utilizing fax, email, or phone communications.
  • Input order details into Sage Line 50 to generate necessary paperwork for production, encompassing thinning sheets, delivery notes, batch labels, and dip card labels.
  • Prepare and send pro-forma invoices to customers, processing payments for cash transactions.
  • Determine preferred delivery services for customers and coordinate with production and RND departments on shipment timing.
  • Dispatch orders, create invoices, and maintain accurate records.
  • File customer invoices and purchase orders, entering consignments to produce manifest and labels.
  • Purpose preparation of paperwork for international shipments.
  • Compile sample packs for production and distribute matched samples to clients.

Customer Services:

  • Verify courier manifests daily to identify delivery discrepancies or problems.
  • Communicate with couriers regarding collection and delivery logistics.
  • Establish regular communication with existing AVKO customers.

General Office Administration:

  • Attend to incoming telephone calls and offer administrative assistance to the Colour Analyst department.
  • Create labels for packaging purposes (road only/tin labels).
  • Organize, frank, and dispatch mail to the postal office.
  • Evaluate and maintain the franking machine's funding level.
  • Undertake regular stock checks and procure supplies for stationery, including headed paper.
  • Process mail for tenants and companies situated within the premises.
  • Accommodate visiting clients and suppliers, organizing refreshments as required.
  • Provide additional support across the organization as needed.

Estimated Salary: Approximately £28,000 - £32,000 per year, depending on your experience.
