**Sales Administrator Job in Hamble**
Dovetail Recruitment are working with a client who have an excellent reputation in their industry, making working with their clients a pleasure and very rewarding, enabling you to enjoy your role. This company are now looking for a Sales Administrator tojoin their small but growing team.
Working on a predominantly warm desk the Sales Administrator will initially be responsible for introducing the products available to new and existing clients, building relationships and managing the accounts in a professional and efficient manner.
**Salary & benefits for the successful Sales Coordinator**:
- £25 - 30,000 per annum
- Bonus scheme
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays
- Free on site parking
- Monday - Thursday 9am - 5.30pm and Friday 9am - 5pm

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Provide customers with quotations, building these from scratch and following up when necessary
- Learn, understand and promote the full stock range including the opportunity for clients to create bespoke products
- Understand all client specification for products, advising them on best practice
- Send out samples to clients when required
- Occasional opportunities to attend company exhibitions and promote the business face to face
- Maintain and grow sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping an eye on the market and supply and demand, changing trends, and knowing what competitors are doing.
- Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, discovering the competition’s pricing and monitoring supply and demand.
**Experience and Knowledge**:
- Previous experience within a coordination or administration role where you have been processing orders
- Previous experience working with products
- Confident and professional communication skills
