We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Learning Support Professional to join our team at Charles Hunter Associates. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and helping them achieve their goals.
Your Key Responsibilities- To provide direct support to individuals with ASD in a variety of settings.
- To develop and implement individualised support plans that promote independence and personal growth.
- A strong understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and its impact on individuals and families.
- Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- A competitive salary of up to £26,000 per annum.
- A £500 joining bonus.
