Autism Education Specialist

Teach360 is seeking a highly skilled Autism Education Specialist to join our SEMH provision in Guildford. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other mental health disorders.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with students, teachers, and support staff to develop personalized learning plans.
- Provide targeted support to students in the classroom, promoting their academic success and social integration.
- Contribute to the creation of a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- A compassionate, organized, and adaptable individual.
- Demonstrated experience working with students with ASD, ADHD, and other mental health disorders.
- Possession of a DBS certificate is essential.
- Previous experience as a Support Worker, Behaviour Mentor, Youth Worker, or Teaching Assistant is desirable.
- Ability to commute to Guildford is required.
Job Details:
- Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Location: Guildford.
