Role Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Youth Support Worker to join our team at a growing educational centre near Guildford. In this role, you will provide support and care to individuals with autism, helping them to develop new skills and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide individualised support to students with autism, promoting independence and self-confidence
• Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet the needs of each student
• Work closely with other professionals, including teachers and therapists, to ensure seamless care and support
• Contribute to the overall well-being and happiness of students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A background in care or teaching, with experience working with individuals with autism
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, families and colleagues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting the needs of students
• Knowledge of autism and its impact on daily life, with a commitment to providing high-quality support and care
