About the Opportunity
We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Learning Assistant Leader to join our team at Castle Garden School, part of Options Autism. As a Learning Assistant Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the educational and personal development of our pupils with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Leading and supporting the delivery of learning activities and materials in a classroom setting.
  • Collaborating with teachers to develop personalized learning plans for pupils.
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to pupils during daily routines.


**Requirements:**
  • A strong background in education or a related field.
  • Experience working with children with autism and complex needs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
