Learning Support Assistant Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Milk Education. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support students with their learning needs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about enabling every child to fulfill their potential and have a creative approach to teaching.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and providing individual support to students.
• Work with students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to develop their learning skills.

Requirements:
• Previous experience working in an educational setting.
