About the Role

We are recruiting a talented Relationship Development Manager to join our sales and marketing team at Barchester Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our reputation among local communities and promoting our care homes to prospective residents and their families.

Your key responsibilities will include strengthening our homes' web presence, improving the enquiry management process, and liaising with General Managers to ensure a swift response to pre-admission assessments. You will also lead sales and marketing teams in homes to tap into knowledge about local community groups and develop programmes of events and activities targeted at these groups.

You will play a crucial role in conducting customer satisfaction research to pinpoint areas for improvement in the conversion process and providing feedback to our wider leadership team. Additionally, you will oversee weekly updates on live enquiries and community engagement, making a significant impact on the lives of our residents.

About You

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in sales and marketing, preferably in the care and health industry. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers who are experiencing an emotional and challenging journey will be essential for this role. A self-motivated individual with a creative mindset, you will be able to work as part of a multi-functional team.

A full driving license and willingness to travel regularly are necessary for this position, which involves working from home and visiting care homes.

Salary and Benefits
