Eaton is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager - Supply Chain Expert to join our team in the UK.

Role Overview

This role will require you to manage a nominated group of business customers, acting as their primary point of contact and interface. You will lead regular conference calls and customer business reviews, communicating and holding order book reviews to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Lead regular conference calls and customer business reviews to discuss customer requirements and progress.
  • Communicate and hold order book reviews to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Own assigned customer order books, ensuring Promise Date accuracy and data integrity.
  • Negotiate order priorities with customers, plant, and supply chain.
  • Expedite urgent customer orders internally to elevate critical issues.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A good understanding of ERP systems, preferably MFGPro.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • A strong knowledge of supply chain, demand management, purchasing, and engineering principles.
  • Experience in interfacing with customers and managing complex customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
