About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to join our Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for effectively planning territory coverage, delivering a blended contact strategy, and building strong business relationships with customers to achieve an annual territory sales target and personal performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales activities and customer relationships within a defined territory to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
  • Develop and implement commercial business plans with customers to maximize sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the optical industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
