About the Role
Ashford and St. Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead its charity development efforts. As the Head of Charity Development, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing the charity's strategy, building relationships with key stakeholders, and securing funding to support the Trust's mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive charity development strategy, aligned with the Trust's overall goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, corporate partners, and community groups.
- Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including grants, trusts, and foundations.
- Manage and lead a team of charity development professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of charity development objectives.
- Develop and maintain effective communication and marketing strategies to promote the charity's work and engage with stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the charity's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
