Unlock the Power of Video in the Enterprise

Synthesia is revolutionizing the way businesses communicate and share knowledge through video. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving growth and adoption of our AI video communications platform within large organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and expansion within designated enterprise accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their video needs and preferences.
  • Utilize MEDDPICC framework to accurately qualify and identify risk across all opportunities throughout the sales funnel.
  • Sell across lines of business, including HR, L&D, Customer Care, and Marketing, to expand Synthesia's footprint within accounts.
  • Manage all sales activities in Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of sales performance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of consistent B2B SaaS sales experience, with 3+ years selling into enterprise-sized companies.
  • Strong experience in outbound prospecting into new accounts and conducting product demonstrations in a value-based sales environment.
  • Experience in reputable, value-driven, methodological sales environments, ideally using MEDDPICC, CoM, or similar.
  • Executive presence tied with exceptional verbal and written English.
  • Experience with video SAAS a plus.
