**Job Summary:** We are looking for a skilled Housing Research Assistant to join our team at Argyll and Bute Council.

**Key Tasks:

  • Assist in the preparation, production and dissemination of the Council's Local Housing Strategy.
  • Monitor and prepare reports on local housing strategy and associated strategic plans.
  • Coordinate arrangements for strategic partnership meetings.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 Standard Grades Level 1,2 (including Maths and English)
  • Experience of research including statistical analysis and data handling
  • Minute Taking
  • Excel spreadsheets

**Salary Information:** The salary for this role is between £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
