About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Lanyon Stroke Unit team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient-centred care to our community. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in leading and supervising the work of unqualified staff within the team.

Main Responsibilities

  1. To work as a skilled member of the nursing team, providing a high standard of care to our patients.
  2. To lead and supervise the work of unqualified staff, ensuring seamless team operation.
  3. To take charge of the ward in the absence of senior nursing staff, as deemed appropriate by the Ward Manager or Matron.
