About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Lanyon Stroke Unit team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient-centred care to our community. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in leading and supervising the work of unqualified staff within the team.
Main Responsibilities
- To work as a skilled member of the nursing team, providing a high standard of care to our patients.
- To lead and supervise the work of unqualified staff, ensuring seamless team operation.
- To take charge of the ward in the absence of senior nursing staff, as deemed appropriate by the Ward Manager or Matron.
