We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Service Manager to join our team at RJS Resourcing Ltd. The successful candidate will have experience working within services supporting Autism and other learning disabilities.

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team in outstanding practice, providing support and guidance to ensure they maintain high standards. You will also work closely with management to carry out appraisals and supervisions, support and rota planning, and coordinate your team to ensure they are delivering exceptional levels of care.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for enriching the lives of others, allowing them to be as independent as possible. They will also be motivated to deliver exceptional levels of care and have a strong commitment to supporting individuals with learning disabilities, including brain injuries and autism.

Responsibilities:

  • Working on-shift, leading your team in outstanding practice.
  • Providing support and guidance to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Working closely with management to carry out appraisals and supervisions, support and rota planning.
  • Coordinating your team to ensure they are delivering exceptional levels of care.

  • Starting salary of approx. £25-£27k per annum based on FT hours, part-time contracts available too.
