About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Waste Management Specialist. This fixed-term contract will provide you with a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of innovative and environmentally responsible solutions for water and waste management.

As a Waste Management Specialist, you will be expected to work closely with the site team to ensure that site operations meet the highest standards. Your excellent customer service skills and ability to advise and assist the public on how to use the site effectively will be invaluable in achieving this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional levels of customer service to members of the public.
  • Assisting visitors in maximizing the recovery of materials deposited at the site and diverting waste from landfill.
Requirements
  • A flexible approach to work will be beneficial as you may be required to cover holiday and sick days if needed.
  • You will receive full training, PPE, and uniform as part of your induction.
  • Excellent teamwork and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
Compensation

The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of £11.58 per hour, providing a stable financial foundation for your contributions to the team.
