Job Summary: As a highly skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bodyshop, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and on time. This includes managing tools and equipment, controlling waste and energy usage, and maintaining building and equipment security. Your role will involve providing professional advice to customers and insurers, including accurate estimates for repairs. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all work meets industry standards, including final quality checks aligned with BS10125:2022 or other relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee bodyshop operations, ensuring timely and high-quality work.
• Provide professional advice to customers and insurers, including accurate estimates for repairs.
• Manage tools and equipment, controlling waste and energy usage.
• Maintain building and equipment security.
• Ensure all work meets industry standards, including final quality checks aligned with BS10125:2022 or other relevant standards.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor, Workshop Assistant Manager, Workshop Controller, Workshop Supervisor, or similar role.

Working Hours:
• Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm.
