About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Highways Engineer to join our team in Grimsby. As a Senior Highways Engineer, you will be responsible for the supervision and development of junior members of the team, supporting the EQUANS Project Manager in the delivery of major schemes, and managing and coordinating workload to achieve project deliverables within the agreed time, quality, and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop design briefs, prepare feasibility studies and detailed designs, specifications, scheme reports, and contract data on a variety of projects.
  • Lead and contribute to design reviews ensuring design quality, monitor emerging legislation and engineering standards.
  • Manage and coordinate workload to achieve project deliverables within the agreed time, quality, and financial objectives.
  • Support the EQUANS Project Manager in the delivery of major schemes.
