Job Title: Senior Engineering Manager

This is a critical role for a well-established food manufacturer in Grimsby, requiring a seasoned Engineering Manager to join their Senior Leadership Team.

About the Role:
  • Lead and develop a team of engineers to achieve operational excellence and meet TPM and OEE targets.
  • Oversee high-value capital expenditure projects from conception to completion, ensuring they deliver value and efficiency to the business.
  • Drive significant change programmes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to support company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Influence positive change through business.
  • Present and participate in senior leadership meetings, communicating strategic plans, reviews, and outcomes.
About You:
  • You will be qualified with a recognized engineering qualification, such as a HNC/HND, degree in Engineering, or similar.
  • Extensive experience in engineering management, specifically within a food manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated success in leading operational change and managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • You will already hold the right to work in the UK without restriction, as sponsorship is not available with this position.
