Senior Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team at White & Clayton Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across our sites, implementing lean asset management processes, and executing business plans aligned with our Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out tasks related to electrical, mechanical, and utilities of all assets across multiple sites.
  • Continuously seek learning opportunities for growth and development.
  • Ensure ownership of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and legality at all levels while driving continuous improvements.
  • Full conformance to engineering process requirements, such as work process control and Visda.
  • Improve the performance of our assets to maximize value, minimize waste, and costs.
  • Record and communicate hazards, risks, and near misses.
Requirements:
  • Recognized and validated maintenance engineering qualification or certificate training to NVQ Level 3 standard.
  • Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off, days & nights.
