Independent School Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for an individual with high calibre organisational and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, adaptability, and flexibility to work on multiple tasks.
The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining information systems, including markbooks, data entry, user accounts, and content updates. They should also be able to monitor events, schedule notices, liaise with staff, upload content, administer document management, filtering, and SMS alerts.
Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support for co-curricular clubs, auditing charges, minibus transport lists, and other tasks. The successful candidate will assist with event setup, tracking reply forms, and logistics-related tasks. They will also support the HR Officer with data entry, recruitment checks, training logs, reference requests, and policy updates.
The salary range for this position is £23,550-25,362, paid in arrears in 12 equal monthly instalments.
