Job Description
As a Young People's Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting young people aged between 8-25 years old. You will work closely with our Community Resilience Team to provide a young person-centred relationship-based approach. Your primary objective will be to foster a positive view of themselves, raise aspirations, and provide safe, fun, and purposeful environments for young people to enjoy.

Responsibilities
* Deliver a young person-centred approach in partnership with the Community Resilience Team
* Provide opportunities for young people to engage in sport and physical activities
* Foster a positive view of themselves and raise aspirations

Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Deep understanding of difficulties faced by children and young people
* Knowledge around Adverse Childhood Experiences and trauma impact
* Essential experience in working with vulnerable groups or personal experience
* First aid and safeguarding training

What We Offer
* Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
