Salary and Benefits

">

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £31,940 FTE (122 sessions per annum) + excellent benefits. This includes a range of training and development opportunities, a supportive team environment, and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people.

Working Hours and Location

">

The successful candidate will be required to work 24-hour shifts, with sleep-in hours from 23:00 to 07:00. Various days and shift patterns are available at our residential homes located throughout Somerset.
