Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of £24,793 to £26,083 per annum, based on experience, plus opportunities for career development and advancement. Our benefits package includes:

Job Description
As a Residential Support Worker at The Cambian Group, you will be part of a team that provides high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs. Your role will involve:
- Making a genuine difference to the lives of our young people
- Ensuring minimum interruption to their daily routines
- Packaging days full of meaningful interactions and activities
- Providing emotional support and stability
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
