Newcross Healthcare is a leading provider of health and social care services in the Wellington area. We are currently seeking a Care and Support Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes and communities.
- Working in partnership with our clients, their families, and our multidisciplinary teams to deliver personalized care plans.
- Supporting clients with their daily living needs, including personal care, medication management, and domestic tasks.
- Assisting clients with mobility and transfer needs, including hoisting and wheelchair use.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- 6-months of UK caregiving experience within the past 3 years.
- Knowledge of care equipment and handling techniques.
- Teamwork, flexibility, professionalism, and exceptional caregiving skills.
