About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Residential Care Worker to join our team in Somerset. As a Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with other agencies, including schools, police, health professionals, social workers, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care and support to young people.

Key responsibilities will include creating a safe and nurturing environment, supporting young people in their daily care, facilitating day trips and hobbies, maintaining accurate records, and participating in training and professional development.

We offer a competitive salary of £31,940 FTE (122 sessions per annum) + excellent benefits, including 14 sessions holiday entitlement, overtime, bank holiday and disturbance rates, pension scheme, and employee assistance programme.
