SEN Support Role

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated SEN Support Worker to join our team at a school in Telford.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with children who have SEMH and additional complex needs such as ASD, MLD, and ADHD.

This specialist provision caters for students aged 9-16 with an EHCP, providing a supportive environment for students to thrive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring children, working collaboratively with the teaching staff, and adhering to the students' individual needs.

Requirements:

  • Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children who have SEMH
  • Updated DBS on the update service
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced SEN Support Worker to make a positive impact on the lives of students.

We offer a competitive salary, £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
