Business Accountant Assistant

We are working with a large European client based in Burnley who are seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team due to an internal promotion.
The business is fast-paced and requires someone who is proactive and able to work in a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the management team and contribute to the development of financial reports and analysis.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis
- Contribute to the development of financial models and forecasts
- Work closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements
Requirements:
- Relevant accounting qualifications (e.g. AAT, ACCA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
