Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Executive to join our team at Irlam Associates. As a key member of our national distribution operation, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to secondary care providers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to secondary care providers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Management: Process and manage incoming customer orders, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital procurement teams, providing daily information on existing orders and resolving delivery discrepancies.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal procurement teams, finance, and operations regarding supply, credit, and deliveries.
Key Skills:
  • Customer Service: Experience working in a customer service-led and administrative role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational: Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure, and be flexible in approach.
