Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our customers through email and other communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive and personalized support to customers through email, resolving issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Manage orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, maintaining accuracy and using systems correctly.
- Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team goals focused on customer satisfaction.
- Carry out all tasks while embodying the company values and behaviors.
Requirements:
- Experience working in customer service or graduates with good written and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Excellent written communication and people skills.
- Good IT skills and comfort using software such as Excel.
- Polite, tactful, and friendly attitude.
