About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering Customer Calls and Emails: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and providing solutions to their concerns.
  • Logging and Responding to Call Outs: Ensure all call outs received in the call receipt inbox are logged and responded to in a fast and efficient manner.
  • Highlighting Risks to Client Delivery: Identify and highlight any risks to client delivery to the relevant department lead.
  • Reviewing and Responding to Customer Queries: Review and respond to all customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Obtaining Purchase Orders: Obtain purchase orders for new works and uplift requests.
  • Liaising with Internal Teams: Liaise with all internal teams to ensure an effective and satisfactory response to customers.
  • Submitting Customer Reports: Submit customer reports, collecting and logging a record of documents where required.
  • Supporting Ad-Hoc Administration Tasks: Support with ad-hoc administration tasks as required.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Administrative Skills: Possess strong administrative skills, including data manipulation using Microsoft Excel and other appropriate packages.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Analytical Skills: Exhibit a high degree of professionalism and resilience, with the ability to analyze and resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Possess experience working on customer portals and have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
