Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
Marlowe Fire and Security is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide administrative support to internal teams, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping
- Process customer requests and orders, including obtaining purchase orders and submitting customer reports
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective and satisfactory responses to customers
- Support with ad-hoc administration tasks as required
