Job Title: Head of Growth Marketing

Cherry Ventures is a venture capital firm seeking a seasoned Head of Growth Marketing to drive the company's growth trajectory. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building a robust pipeline for the sales team, enhancing inbound traffic, and optimizing lifecycle marketing to ensure Hadrian remains at the forefront of the cybersecurity landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demand Generation: Drive qualified leads to the sales team through targeted outbound efforts, leveraging SDRs, events, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
  • Inbound & Website Optimization: Boost traffic to Hadrian's website via SEM, paid acquisition, SEO, social media, referrals, and other inbound channels, with a focus on converting visitors into qualified leads.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Nurture leads and users throughout the funnel, aiming to enhance lead quality, drive upgrades, expand revenue, and improve retention rates.
  • Ops & Analytics: Collaborate with GTMOps to manage tools and analytics, ensuring full-funnel growth and optimization across all marketing activities.
  • Leadership: Build and manage the demand generation team, overseeing demand generation, inbound marketing, and lifecycle functions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Strategically allocate the marketing budget to maximize ROI across various channels, experiments, and investment opportunities.

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role within a high contract value B2B SaaS environment.
  • A proven track record in scaling demand generation in early to mid-stage startups.
  • Passion for and deep understanding of the B2B SaaS cybersecurity landscape.
  • Extensive experience in managing marketing program budgets, forecasting, and team hiring.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications in demand generation or marketing automation are a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to drive growth.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Collaborative communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Extensive experience in the cybersecurity sector is essential.
