About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Head of Growth Marketing to join our team at HeliosX Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth across our portfolio of categories.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving business growth through data-driven decision making. You will be responsible for developing and executing our overall performance acquisition strategy, managing budget allocation across the performance marketing mix, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

We are looking for someone who is highly analytical, collaborative, and able to work closely with our Director of Growth and Product Teams. If you have a passion for growth marketing and a desire to make a real impact, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute our overall performance acquisition strategy
  • Manage budget allocation across the performance marketing mix
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
  • Work closely with our Director of Growth and Product Teams
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of growth marketers
Requirements
  • 8+ years of professional experience in D2C high performance environments
  • Strong knowledge of user acquisition channels, including PPC and paid social
  • Success driving projects to improve LTV, monetisation and/or retention
  • Experience managing highly complex and ambiguous performance-related situations
  • Ability to work closely with Product and CRO teams
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
