Head of Growth

At Affinity Petcare SA, we're seeking a visionary Head of Growth to lead our customer acquisition efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy across digital and offline marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a growth marketing playbook to drive customer acquisition
- Collaborate with the Head of Performance Marketing to optimize customer acquisition costs and improve Lifetime Value (LTV)
- Partner with the Senior Offline Marketing Manager to complement digital campaigns with direct mail, OOH, events, and partnerships
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure campaigns align with business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Significant experience in leading marketing or customer acquisition in a high-growth, tech-driven D2C business
- Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition 10x from ground zero, scaling a business to drive marketing budget from £150K per month to £500K per month, and launching and scaling new channels sustainably to 3x CAC:LTV ratios
- Expertise in using marketing analytics to drive performance
- Passion for customer-centric growth and a strategic leader who enjoys collaborating across departments to ensure success
