About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at East Kent Mencap. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals with a learning disability to live without limits and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support to individuals with a learning disability in a housing setting
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement personalized support plans
  • Support individuals to develop independence, ambition, and self-confidence
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £22,000 per annum
  • Enhanced pay on Bank Holidays, Easter, and Christmas
