About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Senior Health Care Worker to join our caring and progressive team in Isle of Sheppey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality evidence-based care to people to support their sexual health needs.
Main Responsibilities
You will provide sound clinical judgement and leadership to support our team to safely deliver patient-centred care, and consistently monitor quality and progress in a challenging but rewarding environment. You will also be responsible for providing advice and support to maintain healthy relationships, and working closely with our team to keep people in Kent and Medway safe and well.

Qualifications
Essential Criteria
- Functional Skills at Level 2 (Literacy and numeracy/GCSE grade A-C or equivalent in English and Maths
Desirable Criteria
- Relevant level 3 qualification (NVQ/QCF Diploma or certificate of care/Advanced apprenticeship) or equivalent
Experience
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Healthcare Assistant/Worker in a health or social care setting
Desirable Criteria
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Healthcare Assistant/Worker in a health or social care setting and as part of a team
Knowledge
Essential Criteria
- Knowledge of up to date clinical practice
Desirable Criteria
- Knowledge of up to date information relating to sexual health and contraception
