Job Title: Senior Brand Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead the marketing strategy and annual marketing plan for our flagship brand, Golden Wonder. As the brand's custodian, you will be responsible for driving growth and innovation, while maintaining the brand's rich heritage and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to grow the Golden Wonder brand
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product range plans, from innovation to EPD
  • Collaborate with agency partners to create compelling creative platforms and impactful campaigns
  • Champion the brand across the business, engaging colleagues at all levels to drive continuous improvement and growth
Requirements:
  • Experience in the Food and Drink sector, with a strong understanding of the savoury snack market
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong commercial outlook, with experience of controlling marketing investment and interrogating internal and market data
  • Ability to engage colleagues across the business to drive brand growth
