Senior Brand Manager

Tayto Group Limited is a leading player in the savoury snack industry, with a turnover exceeding £250m and a portfolio of iconic British brands, including Golden Wonder, Mr Porky, REAL Crisps, and Tayto.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our flagship brand, Golden Wonder. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy, annual marketing plan, and product range plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the brand strategy, annual marketing plan, and product range plan to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand activations across consumer and trade channels.
  • Collaborate with Sales, NPD, and Operations to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and control marketing budgets, ensuring ROI and brand growth.
  • Champion the brand across the business, engaging colleagues at all levels to drive continuous improvement and growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering growth and brand success.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in managing marketing budgets and controlling ROI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence colleagues at all levels.
  • Experience in the food and drink sector, with a deep understanding of the market and consumer trends.
