We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our flagship brand, Golden Wonder. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy, annual marketing plan, and product range plan to increase brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the brand strategy and annual marketing plan to drive growth and increase brand awareness
  • Lead the development of the product range plan, covering innovation to EPD, and deliver it through strong project management and leadership of cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with Sales, NPD, and Operations to lead the full marketing mix, balancing creative and commercial priorities
  • Develop compelling creative platforms and deliver impactful campaigns across consumer and trade media to drive strong ROI
  • Lead brand activation across consumer platforms and trade channels/media to drive engagement and sales
  • Champion the brand across the business, engaging colleagues at all levels to drive continuous improvement and growth
Requirements:
  • Experience in the Food and Drink sector, with a strong understanding of the savoury snack market
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience of leading cross-functional project teams
  • Strong commercial outlook, with the ability to control marketing investment and interrogate internal and market data
  • Ability to engage colleagues across the business to drive brand growth and continuous improvement
