Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Busy Bees Corby Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our staff to deliver high-quality childcare services.

About the Role

As a Senior Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the nursery, including leading and managing a team of practitioners, observing and assessing children's development, and implementing developmentally challenging next steps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare services
  • Observe and assess children's development, and implement developmentally challenging next steps
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the nursery, including managing resources and budgets
  • Work closely with the nursery management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements
