Senior Nursery Room Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Busy Bees Corby Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of nursery practitioners to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare and education.
- Develop and implement effective observation, assessment, and planning strategies to meet the needs of individual children.
- Work closely with the nursery management team to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery and the delivery of our company's vision and values.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to practitioners to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the nursery is a safe and inclusive environment for all children and staff.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality childcare and education. You will have a Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner. You will be a strong communicator and team player with excellent leadership and management skills.
