An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Senior Care Manager to lead a residential care home in the Corby area, supporting individuals with Autism and challenging behaviour.
This is a residential care home which supports individuals with Autism and challenging behaviour.
**To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care**
As the Senior Care Manager, your key responsibilities include:
- Leading and inspiring your team to provide high-quality person-centred support and care
- Delivering best practice in social care while continually developing the service
- Using your skills in an environment where effective management of people and processes is critical to the service's success
The following skills and experience would be beneficial for the role:
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Previous managerial experience in a similar environment
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards
- Fine-tuned decision-making skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Flexibility and a strong 'can-do' attitude
The successful Senior Care Manager will receive an excellent salary of £40,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive the following generous benefits:
