Job Title: Senior Brand Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to own and deliver the strategy and annual marketing plan to grow the Golden Wonder brand. As the brand's champion, you will be responsible for the next phase of this iconic brand's story, driving growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a product range plan covering NPD from innovation to EPD, delivering it through strong project management and leadership of cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, NPD, and Operations to lead the full marketing mix, balancing creative and commercial priorities.
  • Work with agency partners to develop compelling creative platforms and deliver impactful campaigns across consumer and trade media, driving strong ROI.
  • Lead brand activation across consumer platforms and trade channels, engaging colleagues at all levels to drive continuous improvement and growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the Food and Drink sector is essential.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience of leading cross-functional project teams.
  • A strong commercial outlook, comfortable with product costings, controlling marketing investment, and interrogating internal and market data.
