About the Role

Tayto Group Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead the growth and development of our iconic Golden Wonder brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand growth and increase market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Lead the development of compelling brand messaging and creative assets
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI
  • Champion the brand across the business, engaging colleagues at all levels to drive continuous improvement and growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the food and drink industry
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze market data
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience of leading cross-functional teams
  • Ability to engage and motivate colleagues across the business
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
