Chancellors is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Botley Branch to success.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful and expanding Estate Agency that rewards and recognises excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the branch to achieve the largest active market share in the area
- Maximise revenues and grow the property register through effective sales strategies
- Develop strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
- Manage branch profit and achieve all financial targets
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals through regular 1:1's, reviews, and morning meetings
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Estate Agency and customer service
- Target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
- Ability to work effectively managing a team
- Motivated and enthusiastic at all times
- High standards of service and presentation
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
- Car owner with a full driving licence and business insurance
- Legal right to work in the UK
