Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Director at Chancellors, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining the largest active market share in the area
  • Maximising revenues and growing the property register
  • Developing strong working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
  • Driving branch profit and achieving all financial targets
  • Managing the performance of employees through regular 1:1s, reviews, and morning meetings
  • Influencing results through effective team management, action planning, and delivery of the plan

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with:

  • Previous Estate Agency experience and customer service expertise
  • A proven track record of achievement, with a target-driven and tenacious approach
  • Excellent team management skills and the ability to work effectively with others
  • Motivation and enthusiasm to succeed
  • High standards of service and presentation
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to think creatively
  • The ability to demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
  • A car owner with a full driving licence, insured for business use
  • The legal right to work in the UK
