Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow our Inheritance Disputes team, developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and excellence
- Manage a caseload of complex and sensitive inheritance disputes, working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver exceptional results
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, building a reputation for exceptional client service and expertise
- Contribute to the development of our firm's business strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation

Requirements:
- 6 years PQE experience in contentious probate and inheritance disputes, with management and leadership experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- A growth mindset, with a passion for business development and personal branding
- Strong technical skills, with a commitment to ongoing learning and IT proficiency
